The Adjustable Bench 1203L is one of our many benches that acheives the perfect combination between affordability and quality. At its lowest setting, it can hold up to 150 KGS and still remains sturdy thanks to the durable steel tubing. The higher settings may not live up to this strength but they provide a more comfortable experience for doing exercises such as chest presses or bench press lifts. The exercise rope on the other hand allows you to do bodyweight training without weights.

Dare we say pros undervalued? Not so fast! This product does have some cons: while at moderate levels, the padding provides adequate support for most people who lift regularly, pains in ones back might be experienced by users with pre-existing musculoskeletal conditions
